Board appoints and swears in Scott Cessna to Place 6
Summary

The motion passed as recorded in the minutes; the vote was recorded as six yeas and zero nays (the incoming appointee does not vote on his appointment).
The board then completed the Statement of Office and administered the oath to Scott Cessna, formalizing his service on the board for Place 6. The board's action filled the vacancy created earlier in the meeting.
