The Fort Lee Parking Authority voted Sept. 9 to extend its contract with Passport on a month-to-month basis through Oct. 31, 2026, or until Passport’s total compensation under the agreement reaches $53,000, whichever comes first.
The board approved Resolution 2025-50 after Executive Director Hernani Goncalves presented the extension; Patricia Rumi moved the motion, and Michael Raskin seconded. The meeting record notes that the Authority’s general counsel reviewed the agreement for form and legal sufficiency. The resolution directs the executive director to take the actions necessary to effectuate the extension.
