Board hears construction and roofing updates, approves classroom bathroom addition

Cory Compton provided a district construction update and Jeff Howard gave a status report on the junior high roofing project during staff presentations at the June 8 Board meeting.
Following the presentations the Board approved several facilities-related actions. On a motion by Ronda Cade and seconded by Larry Tedford, trustees approved adding a bathroom in the Life Skills classroom at Chandler Intermediate School to improve accessibility for special programs. The vote was unanimous.
