Alamo Heights trustees delegate authority to superintendent for state recapture agreements under Texas law

The motion, offered by Mr. Ty Edwards, authorized compliance with TEC 11.1511(c)(4), TEC 48.257 and TEC Chapter 49 Subchapters A and D and the commissioner's rules adopted under TEC 49.006.
Minutes record that the delegation included approval of the Agreement for the Purchase of Attendance Credit (and the netting variant) so the district could meet state recapture requirements if needed. The motion was seconded by Mrs. Carey Hildebrand and carried unanimously; no conditions or limitations were recorded in the minutes.
