The Alamo Heights ISD Board of Trustees approved its consent agenda on Aug. 14, enacting routine items by a single motion. The consent package included approval of prior meeting minutes, payment of bills, amendments to the 2024-25 budget, presentation of the student handbook and student code of conduct, the 2023-24 SHAC report and wellness plan, and a revised School Resource Officer agreement with the City of Alamo Heights.
The board recorded multiple donations in the minutes: $1,006 from Cabo Bob's for mental health programs; $500 from the Alamo Heights Rotary Club for library books; $1,500 from KenCon Constructors LTD for administrative leadership training; $7,000 from Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union for convocation and employee orientation events; and $600 from VTI for administrative leadership training, for a total of $10,606. Trustees also approved LPA's fee for Project 2 covering Robbins, Cambridge, Woodridge and Plant Services.
