He asked trustees to "reconsider the termination decision" and to invalidate the annual summative appraisals and the growth plan. "When Call the administrators out, we're gonna talk about that. They, they retracted. They apologized. And we have proof for that," he said. The representative offered to provide exhibits for the board's review and signaled intent to pursue legal remedies if the board did not act.
