Board approves contract for campus pavement improvements; access road on schedule

Greg (treasurer) and others described the scope as a relatively smaller project for the season but part of a broader slate of campus work already underway. The board discussed the mill-and-fill approach planned for the listed areas. After questions about exact segments included in this year's contract, the motion passed on a roll-call vote 5–0.
Separately, board members reported progress on a new access road from Hilton Drive and confirmed the contractor is moving dirt and tracking toward a substantial completion date of August 1. The board noted neighborhood oversight by the Chippewa Hills HOA and said runoff and drainage issues identified earlier were addressed promptly by the district and contractors.
