Paula Lowe of Pattillo, Brown & Hill, LLP presented the audit findings to the board. After the presentation, Trustee Archer Archer moved to approve the audit "Move to approve the 2024-2025 District Financial Audit conducted by Pattillo Brown & Hill, LLP as presented," a motion seconded by Trustee Kyle Hafner. The board voted 7-0 in favor.
Board President Jared Krenek called the meeting to order at 12:00 p.m. and announced seven members were present. The roster of attendees included Superintendent Clay Gillentine and administrators Christie Johnson, Sara(h) Borchgardt, Darrell St. Clair, Brooke Trahan and Brittni Kalich; media representatives were present.
