Lyndon Station board asks clerk to revise live-entertainment ordinance hours and remove fee

The board reviewed proposed Ordinance No. 01-2026 concerning live entertainment and requested three specific revisions: remove the fee provision; amend permitted hours on Fridays and Saturdays from 10:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. (midnight); and change permitted hours Sunday through Thursday from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Clerk/Treasurer Michelle Klein was directed to make the requested revisions and return the ordinance for further consideration.
No vote to adopt the ordinance occurred at the Feb. 9 meeting. Trustees discussed only the drafting changes and did not set a date for final approval. The clerk will present the revised draft at a future board meeting for formal consideration.
