The Village of Lyndon Station Board on Feb. 9 unanimously tabled draw requests Pay App #9 and Pay App #10 and Change Order Requests #2 and #3 related to the village wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) project. Trustee Morgan Place moved the motion, Trustee Rebecca Coley seconded it and the motion "carried unanimously."
Public works staff member Gene Churchill told trustees the WWTP project "is moving along now that there is a timeline," but no payment or change-order approvals were made at the meeting. The board did not set a new date for returning the payment or change-order requests to the agenda. The tabling preserves the village's ability to review contractor bills and proposed scope changes before releasing funds.
