The Bosqueville ISD Board of Trustees set Thursday, June 25, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. for a public meeting to consider and adopt the 2026–2027 proposed budget, the board recorded in its June 8, 2026 regular meeting minutes. Mr. Skeeler presented the scheduling recommendation and the board approved the meeting date.
District administrators told the board there is "no change on funding from ESC Region 12" in current preliminary budget figures and that a later adoption date would allow time to review legislative updates and questions raised in the Texas House of Representatives about how the Texas Education Agency calculated funding. Melissa Adams was noted as preparing a full STAAR update for the July meeting.
