Council President Bucci opened the public-session period for five-minute comments per speaker; the minutes record that no member of the public spoke and the public session was closed. After the ordinance introduction and confirmation of the motion by roll call, meeting notices were read and, at approximately 12:08 p.m., motions properly made and seconded carried to adjourn the meeting.
