Councilman Smith moved the ordinance and Councilman Notaro seconded; the Deputy Municipal Clerk read the ordinance by title and opened the public hearing. Seeing no members of the public wishing to speak, Council closed the hearing and voted unanimously to approve the ordinance on final passage.
The Deputy Clerk noted that the ordinance had been posted in the City Hall lobby and on the municipal website since introduction and that copies were available from the Municipal Clerk's office. The Council did not record any comments or amendments to the ordinance during the hearing.
