Mr. Krebs presented the Curb and Sidewalk Inspection Report and a proposed scope of work focused on areas deemed severe. He said he sent quantities to Collier Paving and hopes to present repair quotes at the next meeting. Krebs is preparing a draft memorandum for certain homeowners informing them about the upcoming sidewalk and curb repair project and that "they are responsible for repairing their own driveways," which will be routed to Mrs. Adams and Mr. Schultz for review before distribution.
The board did not vote on a contractor at the meeting; the conversation focused on cost allocation and homeowner notification. Staff will return with contractor quotes and proposed homeowner notification language at a future meeting.
