Traffic-calming plan: radar signs, education and possible 'Do not pass golf cart' signs proposed

Charlie Krebs reviewed Tier 1 and Tier 2 traffic-calming strategies from the draft Traffic Calming Assessment 2025 and noted that Mr. Conway has already begun education-based road, bike and golf-cart safety measures. The board was told that "three permanent and one mobile speed radar signs will be delivered throughout the property the first week in February," and that speeding violations have decreased.
Board members discussed signage and education, including informing residents about existing mandates and the prospect of installing "Do not pass golf cart" signs at the front entrance and crosswalks. Mr. Eric Long asked Mr. Krebs to update Page 9 of the report to include the traffic study conclusion and asked members to flag areas that may need additional consideration.
