On transportation, staff reported they purchased two buses (from Calistoga) and are adding vans for athletics; Zonar GPS units were installed in buses and the district is recruiting and training drivers to expand service. The report said one newly trained driver is fully licensed and additional drivers are in training, which should enable more field trips and extracurricular transportation.
On HVAC and maintenance the director noted a preventive maintenance cadence (filter changes every six months) across "over a 120 units" and said proactive maintenance has reduced emergency vendor calls. Trustees thanked staff for work and for partnerships with community volunteers who helped restore a scoreboard.
