On a series of unanimous 7–0 votes, the board approved HB 3 board goals and the superintendent’s evaluation instrument. "Casey Lout made a motion, seconded by Greg Hubbard to approve the HB 3 Board goals as presented," the minutes state; the motion carried 7–0. The superintendent evaluation instrument was approved on a separate motion by Lout and seconded by Ben Wulf.
The board also adopted a resolution establishing nonbusiness days for Public Information Act requests for calendar year 2026 and approved TASB Local Policy Update 126, which incorporates multiple local policy revisions (including provisions on board meetings, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, student safety, and special education monitoring). Both measures passed 7–0.
