Wayne County hires new Solid Waste director, election data manager; accepts personnel departures

The board also accepted the resignation of Children and Youth Caseworker Rebecca O’Neill, effective Jan. 30, 2026, and accepted the retirement of Lynn Johannes, part-time clerk in the Treasurer’s office, effective March 31, 2026. The minutes record motions for both personnel changes and their unanimous approval.
