The committee received a general explanation of Center ISD’s behavior threat assessment procedures and why the protocols were created to identify and respond to student safety concerns.
Lindsay Montario explained the district’s approach and said the Behavior Threat Assessment Committee selected the Raptor system as a central anonymous reporting mechanism. Committee members were told the system can be accessed by students, staff and community to report safety concerns around the clock, and that principals would receive information about the program on December 4, 2025.
Members discussed the reporting pathway and how anonymous tips would be routed for response and assessment; no formal policy change or vote was recorded at this meeting.
