Board approves consent agenda including financial reports and tax office report

The Board of Trustees approved the consent agenda at the Sept. 10, 2025 meeting. The consent package included minutes from the Aug. 14 regular meeting and special called meetings on Aug. 22 and Aug. 27; the Tax Office Report for August 2025; Financials for July 2025; and the Investment Report for August 2025. The board noted there were no budget amendments or overnight student activity trips to consider.
Casey Lout moved and Greg Hubbard seconded the consent agenda approval; the motion carried 7–0. The approval places those items into the official record; the minutes show no separate discussion or amendments.
