CFBISD board approves consent agenda after two items are pulled; one minutes item passes with abstention

After those items were pulled, Brady moved to approve the remaining consent items; Carolyn Benavides seconded the motion, which passed by roll call, 7–0.
The motion carried with the votes recorded individually in the minutes. When the board later considered the pulled items, Trustee Randy Schackmann moved to approve the Safe and Civil Schools purchase; Marjorie Barnes seconded, and the motion passed 7–0. For the April 9 work-study minutes, Marjorie Barnes moved to approve the minutes and Paul Gilmore seconded; the motion passed with six votes in favor and one abstention (Trustee Carolyn Benavides recorded an abstention).
