The Forest County Commissioners convened Oct. 30, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. for a short session recorded in the meeting minutes. Commissioner Mark S. Kingston called the meeting to order, led the Pledge of Allegiance and a moment of silence. Present were Commissioners Kingston and Robert J. Snyder Jr. and Treasurer Stacey L. Barnes; Commissioner Patrick Kline was absent due to attendance at a Human Services conference.
The board approved the minutes of Oct. 23, 2024; approved paying the bills listed in the minutes; approved hiring Carolyn Anthony as a full-time Administrative Assistant in the Transportation Department at $11.47 per hour effective Oct. 28, 2024; and accepted the resignation of Jennifer Brady from the Prothonotary, Clerk of Courts office effective Nov. 1, 2024. Commissioner Snyder made the motions on the substantive items; Commissioner Kingston seconded. The meeting adjourned at 10:07 a.m.
