The department also noted that Alexis Sutton’s name was added to the candidate list for an open Planning Commission seat, marking a third person showing interest.
The commission was informed that new fees for subdivision and land development took effect Jan. 1, 2026. Staff said candidates for the two open seats will be forwarded to the County Commissioners for review and appointment.
