Mr. Holloman gave the board a detailed construction update on the 2024 bond projects and said the program is on budget and on schedule.
He reported that crews placed 56 HVAC units across Areas A, B and C; the first pour of the student parking lot is complete and two additional pours are scheduled. From a financial standpoint he said roughly half of the construction project is complete and that about 56% of funds remain, noting that the furniture package (RFP posted) will represent a material portion of the soft costs. He summarized interior progress—windows installed, sheetrock taped and floated, mechanical ductwork and IT pathways in place—and said the project should be dried in by early February.
Holloman invited questions and said the furniture package will come to the board for approval in January; no board action was required during the report.
