"Seeking authorization entering to a contract with our associates for our evaluation services in town of Gallatin," Mark said. Staff said no payment may be required this fiscal year but formalizing the agreement helps plan next year's budget. The board moved, seconded and approved the authorization by voice vote. Staff will prepare the contract documentation and include the expense in next year's budget planning.
