At its June 15 meeting the Edgewood ISD Board of Trustees approved the consent agenda (items A–T) in a single motion, with Michael Valdez moving and Sergio Delgado seconding. The motion "to approve consent items A through T" is recorded in the minutes and the motion passed with recorded yea votes from six trustees.
Consent items included the Lone Star Governance monthly monitoring reports (May and June 2026), a College Board contract for the 2026–2027 academic year not to exceed $75,000, a final budget amendment for 2025–2026, and adoption of the 2026–2027 District Official Budget and proposed 2026 tax rate.
