The Christoval ISD Board of Trustees voted unanimously Sept. 25 to approve the committee recommendation to issue the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) request for qualifications to Collier Construction.
Mrs. Sarah Leggett moved to approve the CMAR RFQ and Mr. Reid Stultz seconded; the motion "carried unanimously," according to the meeting minutes. The decision followed a presentation from Mr. Tyser Robertson of Jacob|Martin, who reviewed progress on bond-project plans and introduced Collier Construction representatives to trustees and staff.
The action was recorded as item 7045 on the agenda. No public comment was offered on the item during the meeting. The board proceeded without further amendment or conditions.
