The resolution authorizes the superintendent and the board president to take such actions as necessary to complete the sale upon full payment by Jerry Lewis Jr. The board’s action included the legal description of the parcel (between Avenues I and J and between 8th and 9th Streets) and the authorization language needed for closing. No public comment on the parcel sale is recorded in the meeting minutes.
