Commissioners approve clerical corrections to property exhibits on East Main Cross Street
Summary

Phil Johnson told the commissioners that Resolution #71-26 would correct elements of Exhibit A to Resolution No. 28-26 (passed Jan. 13, 2026) and Exhibit A to Resolution No. 779-21 (passed Nov. 18, 2021) so that certain parcels on East Main Cross Street are fully and correctly described.
William Bateson moved to approve the clerical corrections, Timothy Bechtol seconded, and the board voted 3-0 to adopt Resolution #71-26. The minutes record the change as clerical corrections; no property transfers or substantive changes to ownership were recorded in the meeting minutes.
