Phil Johnson presented Resolution #70-26 authorizing an agreement with 4R Textiles to place a donation bin on the former Litter Landing property near existing recycling bins at no cost to Hancock County.
Phil told the board this arrangement "will provide for the possibility of receiving 7 cents per pound for items donated at the facility." William Bateson moved approval, Timothy Bechtol seconded, and the commissioners voted 3-0 to adopt the resolution. The minutes do not detail how revenue, if any, will be tracked or allocated to county accounts.
