Superintendent Lamond Dean said the board had previously approved using fund balance resources and the standard CMAR agreement with HGR Construction. The estimated cost for the parking lot addition was $706,140, increasing the GMP from $11,391,969 to $12,098,109.
Dean told trustees funding was identified for one of four alternate parking lots to enhance accessibility for the stadium renovation. The motion on the GMP change order appears as item 10.G on the agenda and was considered in the context of prior board direction to support stadium reconfiguration.
