Sullivan said the condition still exists to warrant continuing eligibility for the county tax incentive program and noted the item had been discussed at the Committee of the Whole on July 21, 2026.
Trustees moved and seconded the resolution; the clerk called the roll and the motion carried. Staff will proceed with the recertification process with the Cook County Assessor's office.
