Jaime Swanson, Director of Child Nutrition, presented the request and said the replacement was needed “to support consistent temperature regulation, ensure continued food safety, enhance energy efficiency, and incorporate updated safety features.” Trustees framed the vote as part of routine facility maintenance tied to the district’s food-service operations. The action was recorded as item 10.A on the agenda.
