Following an executive session on personnel, the Flatonia ISD Board on April 13 approved two personnel actions: the board voted to approve a teaching contract for Natalie Krejci and approved the superintendent's evaluation, extending his contract by one year and awarding a 5% salary increase.
The motion to approve Natalie Krejci's teaching contract was made by Blanca Villanueva and passed 6-0. Later, Dan Sullivan moved and Ashley Beeman seconded approval of the superintendent's evaluation and contract amendment; trustees voted unanimously (6-0) to extend the contract by one year and increase salary by 5%.
Trustees provided no further public detail about Krejci's assignment, and the board's personnel vote followed state law procedures for executive-session consideration of personnel matters.
