Trustee Kris Crenshaw moved to approve GPM 3.1–3.3 with Trustee Terry Miller seconding; the motion passed For: 6, Against: 0. Separate motions to adopt the board self-constraints (moved by Trustee Dustin Kocian, seconded by Trustee Terry Miller) and the board self-evaluation (moved by Trustee Brandon Peters, seconded by Trustee Terry Miller) also passed unanimously.
The board also voted to approve a prior review of Lone Star Governance work from June 16, 2025; the record notes the June 16 meeting totaled 40 minutes and that Lone Star Governance occupied 23 minutes (57.5%). Trustees did not record public objections during these governance votes.
