Mr. Sodek reported that Mr. Bridges and Mr. Bruns solicited local businesses and secured $39,000.00 in donations for the project, whose total cost is $30,242.00; the district's out-of-pocket cost will be $242.00.
Trustee Jessica Morrill moved to approve accepting the donations and the motion passed 6–0. The donations will allow the athletics program to replace the scoreboard with minimal district expense.
