The Farmersville Independent School District Board of Trustees unanimously approved a consent agenda on June 29 that included prior meeting minutes, monthly financial reports (cash position, budget analysis and tax office reports) and final amendments to the 2025–26 budget.
Trustee Paul Kelly moved to approve Consent Agenda items 1–3; David Coleman seconded and the motion carried unanimously. The official vote record lists Tony Gray, Dale Pickett, Paul Kelly, David Coleman, Cynthia Craddock-Clark and Kiel Cathey as voting "Yea"; Brian Brazil was absent. The consent agenda covered routine financial housekeeping and the district's final adjustments for the 2025–26 fiscal year. The minutes show the board accepted the cash position report, the budget analysis and tax office reports as presented. No amendments' dollar amounts were specified in the minutes.
The board moved on to other agenda items after the unanimous consent vote.
