The Southampton Town Trustees considered and approved multiple permit applications and resolutions during the business portion of the Aug. 3 meeting.
Trustee staff read a sequence of permit resolutions and renewals. Examples recorded in the meeting record include resolution 0238 (new applicant permit for John Paulson), resolution 0237 (application for Adam Kisner), multiple other renewals and new permit adoptions, and an amended resolution approving a fireworks display with rain dates on Aug. 14 and 15. The board moved, seconded and adopted the items with roll-call-style affirmations: "All in favor? Aye."
A trustee read warrant number 20260239 (warrant number 12) which listed line items and a grand total of $7,553.17; trustees moved and approved payment. The trustees also adopted a wildlife-preservation acknowledgment (piping plovers) and several dock- and bulkhead-related permits.
The meeting record shows motions, seconds and affirmative votes for the listed resolutions. The trustees did not record dissent on these items during the meeting.
