Chapel Hill ISD to require online sign-up for public comments and cap total public comment time

Trustees asked how the change will be publicized; staff said the district will notify parents and community members via ParentSquare, website notices and other communications to ensure transparency. The total public comment time remains capped at 30 minutes with an individual speaker limit of five minutes (or divided when multiple speakers share time).
