The Frankston ISD Board of Trustees unanimously approved the consent agenda at its April 20, 2026 regular meeting after a motion by Trustee Dustin Holladay and a second from Trustee Jeremy Allen. The consent package included approval of the meeting agenda and prior minutes, report of bills, financial and investment reports, budget amendments and certification that Frankston ISD will use the 2026–2027 Instructional Materials Allotment to satisfy Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) curriculum requirements.
The board also approved the 2026–2027 lists of library books for purchase for the elementary and middle/high libraries. The motion carried 7–0 with Trustees Jin Xu Spinhirne, Jeremy Allen, Dustin Holladay, Brian Merritt, Junior Mascorro, Thomas Fields and Josh Hokit recorded as voting in favor.
