The hearing began at 6:36 p.m. and adjourned at 6:46 p.m.
Cook and a representative from the auditing firm Pattillo, Brown & Hill provided the report as information only; no action was required by the board. The district posted the full annual report online at https://www.frankstonisd.net/txacademicperformance2024-2025 for public review. The presentation noted the items included in the annual report but did not result in votes or directives during the hearing.
