The board also approved the minutes from the February 18, 2026 regular business meeting. These approvals were routine and unanimous; the minutes do not include extended debate or dissent on these items. "A motion made by Board Member Sizer and seconded by Vice President Zinnante to approve the Financial Report for February 2026 as submitted was unanimously approved," the record notes.
