Board Member Willie White moved to approve the minutes of the Dec. 17, 2025 regular meeting and the Jan. 14, 2026 special business meeting; Dr. LaToya Sizer seconded the motion and the board recorded a unanimous vote: Yeas — Nicholas, Zinnante, Braxton, Sizer, White; Nays — None. The board then accepted the Financial Reports for December 2025 (mover: Sizer; second: Braxton), also by unanimous vote.
Secretary COL(R) Aaron J. Braxton II moved, with Dr. LaToya Sizer seconding, to approve the Financial Auditing Firm for the 2025–2026 fiscal year; the board approved the recommendation unanimously. The minutes record no dissent and identify motions and seconds for each item.
