Board raises procurement and construction thresholds to $100,000 in policy revisions

Braxton II seconded the motion and the board voted unanimously to adopt the changes (Yeas: Nicholas, Zinnante, Braxton, Sizer, White; Nays: None). Assistant Superintendent Novak clarified historical practice of adjusting thresholds to the legal maximum and noted the recommended change was to bring local policy into alignment with CH(LEGAL).
The approved revisions increase district purchasing and construction contract thresholds to $100,000, matching state statutory authority and standardizing procurement practice across the district.
