Board approves Madden Elementary slab repairs GMP and multiple sitework contracts totaling millions

Separately, the board approved Construction Services Agreements for Sitework Package 1 (BP036) with E Contractors USA, LLC for not-to-exceed $6,377,155, Sitework Package 2 (BP037) with Prime Contractors, Inc. for not-to-exceed $3,026,700, and Sitework Package 3 (BP038) with M. Scott Construction, Inc. for not-to-exceed $3,847,650. The board took separate recorded votes on the sitework items identified for separate consideration; motions carried unanimously 7-0.
