The Board of Trustees voted unanimously (7-0) to approve the consent agenda at the Dec. 4 meeting. Mr. Hooper moved and Mrs. Welp seconded the motion to approve six items at once: the Oct. 30 minutes; disposal of out-of-adoption instructional materials; the UIL No Pass/No Play exemption list for 2026-2027; authorization for the Chief Financial Officer's signature on the Impact Aid application; an agreement for clinical services with The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley; and SHAC-recommended curriculum items including an American Heart Association program and Project Protect Our Children: Youth Action Board.
The motion carried with all seven trustees voting in favor. The minutes record the roll-call results and confirm that, unless removed prior to the vote, all consent items were enacted in a single motion.
