Trustees Shirley Thornton, Jerry Hooper, Jennifer Welp and David Gerlach voted yea; Dr. Steven McClure, Dr. James Needham and Jeanie Blankenship-Paluseo were absent. The approval completes the board's receipt of the auditor's findings for the 2024–25 fiscal year and records formal acceptance in the district minutes.
