Under the MOU, the JJAEP will charge the district $125 per student per day for discretionary expulsions (TEC §37.007(b),(c),(f); §37.0081; §37.309). The agreement requires the JJAEP to invoice the district no later than the 10th day of each month the MOU is in effect. The board approved the MOU by unanimous vote (motion by Corey Hardin, second by Phil Neelley).
