Gladewater ISD reports professional development schedule and $154,913 in TIA payouts

CAO and Executive Master Teacher Kim Dolese told the board that professional development on July 29–30 focused on TAP and included "choose your own sessions," and that the next district PD day is scheduled for Oct. 7, 2024. Dolese also reported that checks totaling $154,913 have been handed out to staff who qualified for TIA payouts.
COO Justin Cowart said he did not receive the materials necessary to present his 'Grow Your Own' report at this meeting. Trustees noted the reports but did not take additional action at the Aug. 19 meeting.
