Mr. Phillip Liebel then nominated Mr. Chris Laney for vice president; the board voted 6-0-1 with Mr. Laney abstaining and declared him elected. Finally, Mr. Ubaldo Garcia nominated Mrs. Cassie Skinner for secretary; that motion also passed 6-0-1 with Mrs. Skinner abstaining.
The votes were taken by roll call and recorded in the minutes. The reorganization follows the board’s routine procedural requirements for officer selection at the start of its term. No public comments were offered on the reorganization during the meeting.
